Smolensky Boulevard – part of Moscow’s Garden Ring. It located in areas Khamovniki and Arbat between Zubovskaya and Smolensk-Sennaya Square.
Smolensky Boulevard begins on Zubovsky Boulevard. It adjoins, Gun, Glazov, 1st Neopalimovskiy, Big Lёvshinsky alleys, street Burdenko, ends at the Smolensk-Sennaya Square. In Smolensk Boulevard is the Embassy of Peru. Nearest metro station: Smolenskaya Arbat-Pokrovskaya and Filevskaya lines. Despite the name of the boulevard it is currently not.
Boulevard appeared in the XIX century as a tabloid Smolensky Passage. Named for the area surrounding the Smolensk and Smolensk Street.
