Nizhny Novgorod street – a major street in the center and east of Moscow Tagansky and Nizhny Novgorod regions between the area Abelmanovskaya Zastava District and railway. Part of the eastern highway Taganskaya Street, Nizhny Novgorod, Ryazan Avenue Street.
At the end of the XVII century with Taganskaya street was part Gzhelian road. Later called the former street Intercession Intercession Zastava Square (1919 Abelmanovskaya Zastava Square), it was then included in the Ryazan highway. In 1922, part of the former Ryazan highway turned to the Nizhny Novgorod street.
