Přibyslav – a city in the Czech Republic (Vysočina region, Havlíčkův Brod District). Located on the River Sázava. Attractions přibyslav – Gothic cathedral (1497), the castle of the Renaissance (1560), a former convent (1692), the Baroque church of St. John the Baptist (1753).
The main attraction is considered Přibyslav castle of the same name. It was built in 1560 in the Renaissance style as a hunting lodge, which was used only in the warmer months, the masters of the kind of Hradec. In 20-ies of XX century the town museum was opened in the castle, which was short-lived. Currently there is an exhibition of objects of fire protection. Interestingly, a castle deprived chimney: get rid of it during the last renovation.
Among other attractions Přibyslav worth mentioning the Church of St. John the Baptist, consecrated in 1753, next to which stands the old tower, which is one of the symbols of the city. It is also interesting building is the old hospital (1692), built with funds F. Dietrichstein. These days in the hospital room hosts various exhibitions.
