You need a patched system for using theme :  Patch
Place the 7Pro.theme and 7Pro folder in your x:\Windows\Resources\Themes folder.
For the StartButton you have to replace Explorer.exe in your Windows directory.
This theme works with Win7 x86,not tested with x64.

    Hi, really nice theme.
    I have a problem – downloaded it, replaced Explorer.exe and Explorerframe.dll, but in every Window I still see the “glassy” look where the name of the Window is… if you know what I mean. Any suggestions how to fix it?

    Maybe problem in what windows You use, 32 bit or 64 bit.
